[...] In the vision of PSICHE & SOMA, 'Team Building' is conceived as a continuous improvement project that is based on an analysis of the needs of the applicant company, so as to propose ad hoc projects.
The common thread of 'Team Building' is to support the people involved in gaining awareness of their own mode of operation by moving towards a “Responsible Self”, or a way of being fully aware of their own relational style. This awareness allows, therefore, to considerably decrease the dynamics of complaining and brooding.
The project is divided into group meetings, but also in an individual and 'Micro-Team' format, always mediated by an expert. The 'Micro-Team' allows you to work by focusing on specific issues: relational, organizational or operational difficulties. The intervention is designed for all levels of the company and takes into account the tasks and specificities of each position, encouraging collaboration and discussion.
This is why we speak of “flight”, because the lunar program is the metaphor of a “goal” apparently distant or impossible, but which, if experienced as a 'direction' that pushes us to evolve more and more, becomes a wonderful enriching adventure for the whole humanity.
